Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Implement effective strategies to achieve the assigned targets and maximise revenue and ensure sustainable growth of the Corporations shopping centres
- Responsible for new letting and renewal of a portfolio of shopping centres
- Propose leasing strategies planning and positioning of the shopping centres
- Coordinate with the technical team shopping centre management team and tenants on day-to-day operation of shopping centres
- Carry out tenancy administration and ensure tenants compliance with related legal and statutory requirements
- Monitor budget and expenses conduct market researches / customer service surveys and business evaluation to support the overall marketing strategy
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably gained in upmarket shopping malls
- Strong marketing sense with solid experience in negotiation and deal conclusion
- Self-motivated and innovative with strong analytical organisation and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in retail marketing and customer / stakeholder relationship management
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
