Responsibilities:
- 3D modeling - Building model Landscape model Texturing Rigging
- 3D Animation - Character animation Building simulation Hand key motion Particle/Special effect
- Rendering - Setup materials Lighting ( Exterior/ interior )
- 3D Animation Infographics 2d dynamic effect
- Post production - Compositing Video and audio editing
- Certificate / Diploma holder in Construction/Architectural Design/Computer Visualization/3D animation or equivalent.
- Working experience on Construction interior design 3D animation multimedia design and video editing.
- Hands on experience in 3D Studio Max and V-ray Rendering knowledge in Maya is a plus.
- Solid skill in using Adobe Affect Effect Photoshop and Premiere knowledge in Pro Tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD Revit and Sketch up.
- Passion in Construction 3D animation and visual design.
- Good team player.
- Willing to learn and work under pressure and tight schedule.
