Job Summary
- Monitor and maintain application system including troubleshooting bug fixing and queries
- Performing daily business process jobs
- Analyze issues in IT systems and provide timely solution. Gather and analyze new user requirements
- Produce functional specification and technical documentation
- System testing and upgrade with regional team
- Work closely with internal Business IT stakeholders and regional team to ensure the work above are properly delivered
- Provide timely status reporting and risk assessment to IT management
- Production system support during non-office hours if needed
Qualifications
University graduate inInformation Technology Computer Science or related discipline
2 years relevant working experience inproduction system support and issue management
- Strong Knowledge of MS SQL
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks work with schedules / resources while remaining focused on team goals
Technical experience using relational database web services workflow system intranet portals Net programming is an advantage
Self-motivated responsible and willing to learn
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English.
