Responsibilities:
- Manage daily export operations in all aspects.
- Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct requirements.
- Responsible for handling full sets of air freight export documents.
- Handle customers and carriers inquiries complaints follow up.
- Back up the operation team.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above.
- MUST hold valid RAR and DGR (class 9) certificate.
- 4 years or above working experience in air freight industry.
- With EDI knowledge is preferable.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and analytically skills.
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
