AI Engineering and PMO

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst / PMO to support project delivery and business operations for insurance clients. The successful candidate will assist in project planning progress tracking stakeholder coordination documentation management and meeting facilitation. This role requires strong organizational skills effective communication abilities and a keen attention to detail to ensure smooth project execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Tracking:

• Support day-to-day project management activities and assist in coordinating project execution.
  
• Track project progress milestones action items risks and dependencies.
  
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
  
• Follow up with project team members and stakeholders on outstanding actions and commitments.
  
• Support project governance and reporting activities.
  

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare meeting agendas meeting minutes and action trackers.
  
• Maintain project documentation repositories and governance records.
  
• Develop project reports status updates presentations and other project-related materials.
  
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans dashboards and progress reports.
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Management Finance or a related discipline.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis PMO Project Coordination Consulting Support or a related role.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
  
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  
• Experience supporting insurance financial services or technology projects is an advantage.
  
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the insurance industry particularly in Claims.
  
• Basic understanding of project delivery lifecycle business analysis or process improvement methodologies.
  
• Exposure to digital transformation workflow automation AI solutions or system implementation projects
