The Impact:

As an Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our Rating divisions operations ensuring seamless coordination between analysts directors and clients. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient delivery of rating services and help maintain our reputation for excellence in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to analysts and perform any other assigned duties

• Coordinate and manage complex calendars schedule meetings across multiple time zones and prepare meeting materials and agendas

• Process and manage rating-related documentation correspondence and client communications with high attention to detail and confidentiality

• Support the preparation of rating committee materials presentations and regulatory filings while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines

• Liaise with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth communication and information flow across the Rating division

• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 2 years of experience in administrative support roles preferably within financial services or credit rating agencies

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and database management systems commonly used in financial services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and external clients

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and data management

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting senior-level professionals and coordinating complexscheduling across different time zones

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support our diverse client base across Greater China

• Previous experience in credit rating agencies investment banks or financial institutions with exposure to rating processes and regulatory requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration Finance or related field

• We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
