We are looking for a high-performing Accountant with strong technical accounting fundamentals and a finance transformation mindset. Beyond core accounting and reporting you will help transform Finance through AI automation data and technology improving efficiency controls scalability and decision-making.

Experience in consulting finance transformation or technology-enabled finance particularly within FinTech or digital assets is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Manage financial and management reporting including cash flow tax GST budgeting and statutory reporting.
Prepare and reviewannual reports statutory accounts and management reports.
Perform and reviewrevenue balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Ensure compliance withaccounting standards tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Liaise withauditors tax agents and external advisors.
Identify and deliver opportunities toautomate simplify and transform finance processes.
LeverageAI GenAI automation data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency accuracy and scalability.
Partner with Finance Systems Data Engineering and business teams to implementtechnology-enabled finance solutions.
Lead or supportprocess improvement and finance transformation initiatives challenging existing ways of working.
Translate complex accounting requirements intopractical scalable solutions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accountancy / Finance ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
8 years relevant experience in accounting financial reporting consulting or finance transformation.
Strong technical accounting analytical and reconciliation skills.
Experience in finance transformation automation or consulting is highly preferred.
Strong interest in AI GenAI automation data and emerging finance technologies.
Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP BI workflow automation or financial systems experience is a plus.
Strong communication stakeholder management and project management skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Highly detail-oriented curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
