Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of books for a business independently.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast.
- Prepare costing & variance analysis and monthly management reports.
- Prepare job cost.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
- Liaise with annual audit.
- Support in ad hoc projects and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accountancy.
- 3 years working experience in sizable trading company.
- Experience in online trading / e-commerce trading is preferred.
- Understanding from online payment (Paypal).
- Able to work overtime & under pressure in meet tight deadline.
- Able to do forecast overview and alert the management regarding expenses.
- Excellent communication skills interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese fluency in English will be a definite advantage.
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
