- Responsible for ensuring that JTAP meaningfully addresses gender in all activities across all three result areas and within each IR.
- Work with JTAP IR teams to design activities with a gender lens
- Integrate gender into the program MEL plan
- Serve as an adviser to JTAP team on gender integration
- Facilitate gender integration planning workshop with IR teams
