- Coordinate with the Protection and Youth Program Coordinator, Technical Advisor, the Senior and the Protection Officer and the other trainers for the delivery of the Face-to-Face training workshops following unified approach.
- Attend preparatory and orientation meetings with RI relative staff to arrange for the delivery of the training workshops.
- Conduct 2 days training workshops on Antibullying, 6 training hours per day following Face to Face interactive approaches. The participants will include education personnel from RI and target schools, including school principals, school counsellors, and teachers.
- Meet the needs of participants taking into consideration individual differences among them.
- Show respect to all participants and respond professionally to their requests, comments and questions.
- Respect the training schedule and conduct planned activities and breaks on time.
- Set up training rules at the beginning of the training workshop and maintain tracking and following up these regulations and rules.
- The trainer has to achieve the core training outcomes through implementing interactive training activities ensuring full engagement of each participant.
