Design and develop training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led training, that meet the identified needs and align with Avertra’s goals.
Ensure that all programs and materials are engaging, relevant, and effective. •
Delivering Training Programs: facilitate the execution of training programs and workshops to employees with the Avertra trainers, ensuring that all participants are engaged and that the content is delivered effectively

Ensure that all training sessions are well organized and that all materials are up-to-date and accurate. • Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. This may involve analyzing participant feedback, measuring performance improvements, and making recommendations for future training initiatives. • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in learning and development, and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate. • Collaboration: Collaborate with different department heads and lead to develop and implement a talent development strategy that aligns with Avertra’s goals. Ensure that all training programs are aligned with this strategy and support the corporate goals. • Managing Learning Management System: Manage the learning management system and ensure all training records are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that all employees have access to the training materials they need and that all training records are easily accessible. • Full Management of the Avertra Academy: Manage the Avertra Academy by developing and overseeing the Academy framework, the courses, the trainers, the schedules, the syllabus, and the delivery • Performance Management: Designing and implementing effective performance management strategies and programs that align with Avertra’ s goals, identify and address skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees while also differentiating the different needs of Avertra’s functional and technical roles
