Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are a fast-growing remote-first organization focused on connecting top talent with leading law firms and professional service organizations across the country. We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Recruiter to work alongside our recruiting team and play a key role in business development candidate sourcing recruiting operations and onboarding.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys research relationship building recruiting and creating efficient systems that help organizations scale.

Position Overview

The B2B Recruiter will support our recruiting team by identifying hiring opportunities building relationships with firms sourcing talent and helping manage internal recruiting and onboarding processes. This role combines recruiting business development research and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Research

  • Research law firms and professional organizations that are actively hiring
  • Identify key decision-makers and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn email phone and other channels
  • Develop relationships with firms and hiring organizations
  • Track hiring trends and market opportunities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
  • Assist with internal recruiting efforts for our growing team
  • Create and manage job postings

Onboarding & Operations

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes
  • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation
  • Assist with training schedules and onboarding workflows
  • Maintain recruiting systems and ATS records
  • Help improve recruiting processes and SOPs
  • Support implementation and management of recruiting technologies

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Build long-term relationships with firms and talent networks
  • Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2 years of recruiting talent acquisition business development or sales experience preferred
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sourcing tools
  • Strong research and internet investigation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS CRM or recruiting software preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

  • Legal recruiting experience
  • B2B sales or business development experience
  • Staffing agency or executive search experience
  • Experience creating SOPs and improving workflows
  • Familiarity with onboarding and HR processes
