Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in BISNET.
- Contact the clients to understand their needs or inquiry of companys services and work with different teams to meet the needs of the clients
- Define clear quotation information (test program/lead time/sample size/price) to client.
- Get VAT information before issue offer.
- Issue offer in BISNET.
- Send offer to client and get the confirmation or bank slip according to clients payment level.
- Save signed offer and bank slip to server.
- Ensure to issue invoice on time after project is finished.
- Send invoices regularly and provide tracking number to client.
- Chase payment until receiving bank slip.
- Support financial team to collect payment and keep DSO clearly.
- Ensure payment recognized with finance.
- End offer in BISNET on time.
- Manage the relation between clients and internal teams.
- Reply the inquiry from different kinds of clients (local or overseas) with 24 hours even for some questions CS need to check with CRM/engineer please chase them to get the answer.
- Pick up phone calls quickly and help your other team members to pick up phone calls and take note for your colleagues so he/she can call back in time.
- When youre not in the office please use the out of office function in Lotus notes and set up your phone to your back up.
- Make sure you understand what client or engineer said and the reply is what client really needs. Dont just copy paste.
- Match sample on time and make sample status clearly.
- Get BU code and record internal subcontract fee for internal subcontract cases.
- Send / upload reports on time.
- Keep the clients informed of the test / inspection result and work closely with the test/inspection team to prepare the regular case status follow up for clients
- Coordinate on the testing / inspection schedule according to the clients expectation and adjust with client if necessary
- Participate to clients meeting.
- Uses time efficiently concentrating on most important priorities.
- Team work well.
- Dont transfer internal emails to clients.
- Dont tell client the test/inspection result before confirmed by product line manager.
- Keep positive energy and not transmit negative energy.
- Salary and bonus should be treated with confidentiality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
