Your Role

As Production Supervisor youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Champion a safety-first culture in a fast-paced waste recycling environment
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations recycling standards and company policies
• Lead coach and develop a team of operators and material handlers
• Support training onboarding and skills development ensuring a competent and versatile workforce
• Supervise daily receiving sorting grading and shipping of recycled materials
• Monitor operational KPIs (throughput downtime contamination rates inventory levels) and adjust priorities in real time
• Ensure proper equipment utilization (loaders balers conveyors forklifts) and escalate maintenance needs
• Identify operational gaps and lead problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What you bring

Youre a natural fit for Production Supervisorif you have:

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing recycling logistics or industrial operations
• Experience in waste management material recovery or heavy industrial environments is a strong asset
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage teams in a fast-paced hands-on environment
• Experience with MS365 Power BI and SAP or other ERP system
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
