Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time)

As a Cleaning Supervisor reporting to the Account Director you will supervise the cleaning and services of assigned buildings to maintain company and customer quality standards.

Your work will include:

• Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings.
• Can prioritize and respond in a timely fashion to all client requests.
• Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels.
• Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel.
• Trains and implements Health & Safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized.
• Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
• Responsible for inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program.

Qualifications :

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a cleaning environment and supervising a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to operational changes as required.
• Flexible start and end times as needed weekend and statutory holiday work may be required.
• A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
