Lead Bridge Engineer

Whatyoulldo
As the Lead Engineer in our Perth Bridges team you willbe responsible forleading the planningdesign and delivery of bridge and civil structures projects providing technicalleadershipand ensuring engineering excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines deep technicalexpertisewith project leadership client relationship management commercial awareness and team development to deliver innovative safe sustainable and practical bridge engineering solutions.
Provide technical leadership for bridge and structural engineering projects ensuring safe compliant innovative and commercially sound design outcomes.
Lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects managing scope resources programme budget quality and risk.
Build strong client relationshipsprovidetrusted technical advice and support business development through proposals tenders and industry engagement.
Lead mentor and develop engineers and technical professionals fostering collaboration capability growth and a high-performance culture.
Manage project performance governance compliance and technical and commercial risk to achieve successful project outcomes.
Champion safety sustainability and resilience principles across project delivery and engineering solutions.
Whatyoullbring
RelevantCivil/Structural engineering qualifications andextensive bridge design and structural engineering experience
Strong knowledge of Australian bridge standards and road authority requirements.
CPEng or equivalent professional registration.
Proven leadership stakeholder management and project delivery capability.
Commercial technical and problem-solvingexpertise.
BIM and digital engineering experience desirable.
Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
