Were looking for a results-driven Specialised Banking Manager to join our TWC VIC/TAS Account Management team . In this role youll partner with business customers to deliver tailored financial solutions drive portfolio growth and support long-term success for our clients and communities. This role will be based predominantly in metro Melbourne with the potential requirement to travel regionally.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business customers balancing profitability and credit risk
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Deliver tailored lending and deposit solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Analyse financials and structure credit proposals and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet across your portfolio
  • Generate new business through networks referrals and proactive prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated banking solutions
  • Contribute to NABs reputation by building strong market presence and networks

Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

  • Proven experience in business banking / specialised lending / relationship management / Trade and working capital
  • Strong capability in credit analysis and financial interpretation
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio growth sales and customer acquisition
  • Established networks and ability to generate new business opportunities
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Sound understanding of risk compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in finance/banking (e.g. FPCIII FLA or equivalent) are desirable
