About the Opportunity:
MAAS Construct is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in a full-time fixed term 18 month contract. Reporting to the Project Director / Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of site activities ensuring works are delivered safely efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Youll coordinate subcontractors site supervisors and the engineering team to keep works progressing in line with program requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong site management experience sound construction knowledge and the ability to drive safety quality and delivery outcomes across a busy project environment.
About You:
10 years experience in site management within the building construction industry.
Demonstrated experience managing concurrent trade packages on major building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing site logistics and WHS requirements.
Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and relevant site management certifications.
A practical hands-on leadership style with the ability to coordinate trades supervisors and site teams effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain safety quality and program outcomes on site.
