Service Manager Mascot Area

This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Mascot Area with an existing team of Assistant Coordinators and Educators this service is designed for excellence. Licensed for over 100 children per day this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.

About the role: 

Leading a team of Educators you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. Youll have the support of a state-specific office regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week) structured in block shifts to support work-life balance with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.

• Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents.
• Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
• Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
• Grow attendance to support children and families.
• Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging childrens social and emotional development.
• Planning organising and delivering engaging child-centred educational and recreational activities with the support of your team.

Who are we looking for

• Minimum 2 years experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
• Current and valid Working with Children Check or state-required check.
• Clear and professional communication.
