Were now looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our Customer Care Team working closely with Proactive customer service manager to lead complex post-install case management support the team and elevate overall performance.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a technical fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving and can confidently act as the escalation point across customers suppliers and internal teams.



Requirements

The Role

As a Senior Case Manager you will take ownership of complex cases while also mentoring and supporting the wider team.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing your own caseload of post-install customer cases
  • Leading weekly team case review meetings
  • Mentoring and developing Case Managers to lift technical knowledge and overall team capability
  • Coaching Case Managers on portal data reporting and fault indicators
  • Acting as the technical escalation point for internal teams and P&R
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers on warranties and faults
  • Identifying recurring issues and feeding insights back to design install and operations teams

What Youll Bring

  • Strong working knowledge of residential solar & battery systems
  • Ability to read and interpret monitoring portals and performance data
  • Experience in customer case management or technical support
  • High attention to detail with strong CRM discipline
  • Calm process-driven approach under pressure

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
  • Salary: $75000 $85000 Super
