Store Manager

As the Store Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service ensuring to maximise sales opportunities including:

• Coach and mentor the store team to enable them to always put the customer first and deliver a positive experience for each customer
• Develop sales and profit strategies in alignment to the business goals that enables success for you and your team
• Proactively engage with your team to identify hazards and manage risks

Qualifications :

• Dedicated to the on-going development of your team
• Have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
• A strong understanding of all facets of retail management
• Customer focused and the ability to communicate effectively within a team
