Branch Manager
Job Summary
In this role youll lead our Brisbane Branch Manager managing a high-performing recruitment and workforce team while building strong relationships with clients across the Acute Aged Care and Community Care sectors.
Youll be responsible for driving team performance supporting workforce growth strengthening client partnerships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the delivery of exceptional staffing solutions across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong focus on people management client engagement service delivery and business development.
In this role you will:
- Lead coach and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance fill-rate and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across Acute Aged Care and Community Care sectors.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships identify workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

You are an experienced recruitment leader with a proven track record in agency recruitment workforce solutions or staffing services. You are commercially minded relationship-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
You are an energetic and approachable people person who enjoys building genuine relationships and becoming a trusted partner to clients. Client engagement is at the heart of what you do and you take pride in delivering outstanding service and long-term partnerships.
You are an excellent communicator with strong leadership stakeholder management and business development skills and thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
