Job Summary

As the Sales Support youll be right in the middle of the action supporting our Wholesale sales team to keep things moving and customers happy.
This is a hands on role where youll be across everything from managing leads to helping get services delivered smoothly.

As our Sales Support you will bring our values to life by delivering the following activities and outcomes:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin and service delivery tasks
- Qualifying incoming leads and keeping things moving
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
- keeping communication clear and responsive across phone and email
- Working closely with account managers to improve customer outcomes
- Spotting risks or issues early and helping solve them
What were looking for
- Experience in a similar support or admin based role
- Exposure to telco or wholesale (nice to have not essential)
- Strong communication skills written verbal and listening
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word)
- A proactive can-do attitude
- Someone who takes ownership and genuinely cares about the customer
