Project Manager

Synergie Australia is seek a Project Manager to join our clients team in Darwin NT. Our client isa locally owned and operated Northern Territory civil construction company delivering quality infrastructure subdivision defence road and earthworks projects across the NT. With a strong reputation for safety quality and reliability we continue to grow and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Darwin.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across the Northern Territory. This role will be responsible for managing project budgets schedules subcontractors client relationships and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

The position will be based in Darwin with travel to regional and remote project locations required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Oversee project budgets forecasting procurement and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers site supervisors and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Drive project delivery outcomes while maintaining high safety standards.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5-10 years experience in civil construction project management.
• Previous experience delivering Defence projects highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets contracts and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations throughout the NT.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.
