As Practice Manager you will:

• Lead and inspire a team ofGPs Nurses Allied Health and Administration staff
• Overseetwo operationally distinct but integrated services (GP UCC)
• Driveoperational excellence patient experience and team performance
• Managerosters finances reporting and compliance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing tostrategic growth
• Build astrong positive culturethis is aligned with our values

Were searching for someone who is:

• Aproven Practice Manager (35 years experience)ready for a step up
• Aconfident hands-on leaderwho thrives in complexity and change
• Highlyorganised proactive and solutions-focused
• Passionate aboutdelivering exceptional patient care
• Capable ofmanaging competing priorities across multiple services

Essential experience includes:

• Best Practice software
• Medicare WorkCover and DVA billing
• Rostering and financial management
