Our PR Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with influencers creators and key partners to strengthen Hello Mollys brand presence across digital and social channels. This role supports the execution of influencer marketing initiatives to build brand awareness drive product visibility and strengthen relationships with creators. This role combines relationship-building campaign execution and trend awareness to deliver impactful collaborations that align with brand values.
What Youll Do:
Research identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand strategy
Support and coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from talent sourcing through content delivery and reporting
Negotiate rates/packages to maximise value
Draft clear briefs/contracts (deliverables timelines usage rights disclosure) and route for approvals.
Monitor and track influencer performance content usage rights and reporting metrics to deliver concise campaign reports.
Support budget tracking invoices and reporting
Oversee gifting/creator programs from outreach to dispatch follow-ups content collection and compliance.
Support building and executing a successful ambassador program from the ground up
Maintain influencer databases contracts and communications
Fulfil all product requests related to influencer campaigns Manage logistics end-to-end including international parcel movements and on-site execution needs.
Support PR initiatives that overlap with influencer campaigns including product launches events and seasonal moments
Build and nurture relationships with influencers creators talent managers and key partners in priority markets.
Build and nurture relationships with key editorial editors including sample sending pitching and follow ups to ensure editorial placements across US AU and UK
Stay up to date on industry trends competitor activity and emerging talent
Oversee internal comms and own shared calendars to keep all activations on time and on brief.
Deep understanding of popular culture digital trends and platform evolution to inform strategy and talent selection
What Youll have:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years experience is essential fashion beauty or lifestyle experience is highly desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of emerging talent and platforms to keep the brand relevant relatable and aspirational with consumers
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and deals with micro to macro influencers
Extremely organised with keen eye for the finest of details.
A master of efficiency; you plan map out and action tasks independently of direction.
You are hungry for a career with opportunity; no two days are the same and you flex accordingly.
