As the Manager Course Environments you will:

  • Lead the management and optimisation of university course systems and environments to support high-quality course design delivery and governance.
  • Oversee course environment configuration templates workflows and business rules to ensure compliance with academic and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure course information is accurate consistent and accessible across systems supporting effective course development review and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with academic professional and technical stakeholders to enhance course environments from a user experience and functional perspective.
  • Drive continuous improvement in course lifecycle management aligning systems and processes with institutional teaching and learning priorities.

To be successful youll have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or equivalent combination
  • Experience leading functions programs or significant bodies of work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and inform decision-making.
  • Experience managing resources and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship management capability.
  • Understanding of governance policy and organisational context.
