We are seeking a Management Executive Technology to work alongside our Chief Technology Officer and Technology leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive leadership strategic planning large-scale transformation and emerging technologies while helping drive some of the Technology teams most important priorities.

Youll play a key role in bringing people ideas and initiatives together helping create clarity momentum and focus across the function. No two days will be the same. One day you might be preparing material for a leadership discussion the next supporting a transformation initiative coordinating a key piece of work or exploring how AI and digital tools can improve the way we operate. This role would suit someone who is curious highly organised proactive and enjoys working across different teams to make things happen.

What youll be doing

• Partner closely with the CTO and Technology leadership team to help progress key priorities and initiatives
• Coordinate strategic projects and transformation activities across the Technology function
• Help keep leadership teams connected aligned and focused on what matters most
• Prepare high-quality presentations briefings and communications for executive audiences
• Build strong relationships across Technology and the broader business
• Identify risks dependencies and roadblocks and help keep work moving forward
• Explore new ways of working including the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Support continuous improvement and change initiatives across the function
