- Ongoing Full Time 35 hours per week
- Primary Work Location: Coffs Harbour or Taylors Beach
- Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary from $133348 to 146945 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading
About the Role
As Executive Officer youll work closely with the Executive Director Resource Management providing high-level executive strategic and project support across a diverse portfolio. Youll coordinate communications briefings reporting and governance activities while helping drive projects and business priorities that contribute to the divisions objectives. Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders youll play a key role in supporting informed decision-making managing competing priorities and ensuring important initiatives are delivered effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About You
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
- Strong written communication skills and briefing preparation experience
- The ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Sound judgement when managing sensitive or complex matters
- Strong project coordination skills and a focus on delivering outcomes
- The ability to plan prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience improving processes systems or ways of working.
