About the Role

Were looking for an Event Coordinator to join the engine room of the Tourism Australia Events team in a 12-month full-time contract this pivotal junior role youll support our Event Managers in delivering seamless experiences by managing the database and ensuring every critical deadline is hit with precision. Youll be the architect behind our registration websites managing participant datafrom travel and accommodation to paymentswhile keeping our CRM and industry contact records sharp accurate and up to date.


Beyond the data and administration youll be a champion for our stakeholders providing professional timely customer service to delegates and chasing down essential industry details like logos and insurance certifications.


This is a true 360-degreesupport role; one day youll be coordinating freight badges and procurement and the next youll be onsite assisting with registration signage or food and beverage delivery.
