About the Role
Join a high-performing submissions team delivering winning bids for some of Australias largest rail and infrastructure projects. As the Senior Submissions Coordinator you will play a key role in shaping major proposals influencing bid strategy and driving high-quality submissions that support the growth of the business.
As the second-in-charge within the Submissions Team this role provides leadership and support to team members and assists the Submissions Manager in driving best-practice bid processes.
The role will suit someone wishing to apply their major project tendering and/or senior submissions skills and experience within an organisation that values learning and promotes out of the box thinking. Qualifications and Competencies
Formal studies in related discipline such as communications marketing writing journalism etc
Minimum 6 years experience in bid/tender coordination role or similar at a senior level
Experience tendering for major complex projects
Construction/infrastructure or related experience essential
Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (including Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint)
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
Demonstrated experience of using AI-powered tools to support content development
