The Concierge is the go-to person for our residents who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the resort. The successful candidate will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the resort having more of a hands-on to the Village Manager you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guestsTransport residents and guests around the village via buggyConducting resident welfare checks and managing followups where requiredAssist with Food and Beverage servicesDelivery of resident mail and packagesSet up and pack down of resident activitiesMaintain cleanliness of common areas including emptying binsEnsuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every 3.30pm to 6.30pmSaturday 8.00am to 1.00pmPossibility to pick up additional shifts as requiredTraining will be provided to the successful YouTo be successful in your application you will have the following;Administration and demonstrated customer service experienceDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityExceptional interpersonal skillswith an approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents families and team membersBe highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasksDemonstrates outstanding personal presentation and reliabilityWillingness to learn and professionally developA professional initiative-taking and can-do attitudeTo have a current First Aid and CPR certificates or be willing to obtainHave current RSA or be willing to obtainCurrent Australian Drivers Licence (Required)Ready to Join the FunIf youre passionate about fostering a vibrant and caring community for independent seniors wed love to hear from you!
