Job Summary
Theopportunity
Asthe Concierge Customer Service Officer you will be the firstpoint of contact for residents families visitors andstakeholders creating a warm welcoming and professionalexperience. Based across our residential care homes andadministration environments you will play a vital role insupporting the daytoday operations through reception andadministrative services.
Working closely with site leadership you will ensure smoothfrontofhouse operations while supporting a range of clerical andadministrative functions. This includes managing communicationscoordinating appointments maintaining records and assisting withfinancial and operational processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focusedenvironment is highly organised and takes pride in deliveringexceptional customer service. Your ability to multitask remainapproachable and maintain attention to detail will be key tosuccess.
Whatyoullbring
Essential:
- At least 2 years previous experience in office administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cash handling and data entry
- Computer skills to intermediate level including the use of MS Office applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and basic trouble shooting skills
- Demonstrated high level of oral written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- An affinity with older people
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Understanding of WHS equity and privacy principles
Desirable:
- Tertiaryqualificationin office administration

- Part-Time Position average 11 hours per week
- Roster Requirement to work - Week 1 - Friday 0630-1500 & Saturday 1500-2230 Week 2 - Saturday 0630-1500
