Job Summary
An exciting opportunity for Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel. As Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain your responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Meeting and greeting all guests at most courteous and efficient service
Have a detailed knowledge of whats on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements
Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotels total revenue targets
Exceptional customer service goes without saying
Live and breathe our brand standards be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)
A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities
Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays
Qualifications :
About you:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Full NSW Drivers Licence both Automatic and Manual
Have full time work right in Australia
Your behavioural qualities include being customer focused proactive with a can do attitude professional a story teller collaborative culturally aware and autonomous
