Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Officer to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in supporting the effective management tracking and maintenance of critical hospital assets. Reporting to the Asset Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Manage and support the lifecycle of equipment assets including tracking maintenance and reporting activities across the site
Coordinate asset-related requests and collaborate closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and service delivery
Maintain accurate asset data using systems such as QFM MobileView and Microsoft Office tools
Conduct regular checks identify faults and proactively support continuous improvement initiatives across asset management processes
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes
