We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety supporting others and keeping an office running smoothly.
About the Role
The Administration Officer provides practical daytoday administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services Team. You will help ensure the office facilities equipment and services operate efficiently while supporting meetings finance processing and general office administration. Youll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer Operations Support Officer and the Corporate Services Manager as well as staff across the organisation.
Key Duties
Assist with organising repairs and maintenance of the Kalgoorlie office and facilities
Assist with organising maintenance and service of office equipment and vehicles
Liaise with cleaners security providers and maintenance contractors as required
Help organise meetings occasionally in regional towns and remote locations including catering registrations and travel payments the position requires occasional overnight/multiple night travel
Take and distribute meeting minutes when required
Provide friendly reception support and respond to phone and inperson enquiries
Process mail data entry invoices and accounts payable (MYOB)
Provide general administrative support to senior staff
Contribute ideas to improve office efficiency and support team goals

Organised reliable and friendly
Demonstrated experience handling administrative tasks and supporting a busy office
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Willing to learn and contribute as part of a team
Committed to working respectfully in a communityfocused organisation
