SNSW Grade 2/3 starting salary $64375 plus superannuation and leave loading
Location : Parkes Business Centre Full-Time Onsite

About the role
As a Customer Service Officer youll provide timely accurate and efficient support to NSW customers helping them access information and services across a range of NSW Government programs. Youll contribute to positive customer experiences by delivering professional high-quality service that is easy convenient and secure.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver timely accurate and efficient transactional services ensuring a high-quality customer experience that is easy convenient and secure.

  • Provide customer support across multiple channels including phone email and mail responding to enquiries relating to a range of NSW Government services.

  • Build positive customer relationships through professional friendly and customer-focused interactions while maintaining Service NSW standards and values.

  • Protect customer information by complying with privacy confidentiality and legislative requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Youll play an important role in helping customers access the information and services they need. Through your professionalism attention to detail and commitment to service excellence youll help deliver positive outcomes for customers while supporting the communities we serve.
