Content and Communications Officer

BESIX Watpac is seeking a Content and Communications Officer to create and deliver engaging internal and external communications that enhance brand reputation and employee engagement.

This role will be responsible for:

• Deliver corporate communications including organisational reports strategic initiatives business updates and key stakeholder content.
• Draft compelling high-quality award submissions aligned to organisational achievements ensuring clarity impact and adherence to submission criteria.
• Develop engaging content for digital platforms particularly LinkedIn and Instagram to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Write case studies that showcase project successes innovation client outcomes and community impact.
• Support the planning delivery and reporting of communication campaigns that promote key business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

The incumbent in this role will require:

• Experience in content creation corporate communications public relations journalism marketing communications or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience developing corporate content including reports organisational reviews newsletters case studies and strategic communications.
• Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to gather information and influence outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
