Job Description:
L3Harris is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant who is well-organized resourceful great at multi-tasking has a strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.
Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support to program leadership.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations reports spreadsheets letters memoranda agendas and schedules; prepare materials for internal and customer meetings.
- Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings events interviews and appointments; reserve conference rooms provide catering as needed.
- Arrange travel itineraries and assist with timely submission of expense reports.
- Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
- Manage and plan events for program teams engagement.
- Ensure exceptional coordination and support for customer meetings/visitors.
- Create and maintain appropriate databases.
- Perform research or data analysis tasks.
- Process overtime requests for program team members.
- Support general office duties including ordering and stocking of office supplies drinks food and snacks in support of site operations/meetings/routine business.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as needed.
- Ability to obtain US Government Secret Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools including PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook and SharePoint.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent communication time-management problem-solving interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Well-organized resourceful multi-tasker attention to detail ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.
- Flexibility in the face of changing priorities and the ability to interact positively with executives managers customers and other administrators.
- Effectively handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality.
