Job Description

Job duties

• Manage the implementation of the operational plan and distribute individual sales goals to the sales team
• Continuous communication and building an effective working relationship with branch officials and organizing regular visits
• Submit the required reports on sales of products by region
• Review and follow up the implementation of the operational plan for the area for which it is responsible
• Continuous communication and organizing periodic meetings to monitor the performance of sales representatives and analyze sales performance
• Training the team on the required sales skills
• Analyze the performance of the sales team and submit the required reports
• Collection from customers
• Building an effective working relationship with existing or potential customers to achieve the desired spread

Job Requirements

• High qualified
• Able to use a computer
• well look
• Five to ten years of experience
• Cosmetics experience preferred
