About the Client

Our client is the one of the leading insurance agencies in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads to coldcall
• Coldcall people to propose & recommend financial services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
• Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply training will be provided
• Able to effectively communicate in Mandarin English Malay
• Candidate must possess at least an SPM
• Independent & resourceful
• Basic skill on Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Possess good communication skills positive attitude and the drive to succeed

Remuneration

• Basic MYR 3000 MYR 8000 (Negotiable depending on experience & capability)
