About the Client
Our client is the one of the leading insurance agencies in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads to coldcall
- Coldcall people to propose & recommend financial services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply training will be provided
- Able to effectively communicate in Mandarin English Malay
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM
- Independent & resourceful
- Basic skill on Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Possess good communication skills positive attitude and the drive to succeed
Remuneration
- Basic MYR 3000 MYR 8000 (Negotiable depending on experience & capability)
