Job Description

  • Create DME database including; sourcing for new hires and documenting the status of candidates
  • Provide the accepted candidates with the required hiring documents to prepare and be ready in their first working day.
  • Facilitating the new hires' onboarding needs with Admin, IT & Personnel departments
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires including onboarding sessions, contract preparation, and coordination with the direct manager.
  • Create and update the RFF log sheet according to hiring updates.
  • Create and send new hires reports according to monthly updates.
  • Support in organizing company events including DME annual meeting, Executives AOP meeting, and managing performance recognition awards.
  • Support in the recruitment process including; job posting, screening CVs, and conducting interviews for level 16 and below.
  • Facilitating the interviewing process.
  • Proposing job offers for accepted candidates according to company salary structure.
  • Prepare the announcements for the new hires and review them with the L&D head for issuing.
  • Collect employee training needs from the head of the department and validate them according to business needs during the start of each year.
  • Communicate with several training vendors to get at least 3 offers for each training according to our training needs.
  • Create a training plan including final training courses, vendors, cost per head & time schedule for validated training needs.
  • Facilitate the execution of the approved training plan including managing the logistics, training room reservation, communication with employees & catering.
  • Collect training feedback from attendees after each training to improve training quality.
  • Advise on the training availability to employees or managers to connect people with learning opportunities.
  • Facilitate the education support program.
  • Facilitate the internship program with department managers according to department needs & capacity.
  • Review and prepare the experience certificates for the internship programs.
  • Initiate the succession planning process including critical positions profiling, the nomination of successors, assessment process, and development plan.
  • Update the training log, internship log, and turnover report according to monthly updates.
  • Support in the Midyear and annual performance appraisal process.
  • Support HR staff whenever needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in (Recruitment, Training & Development, and Performance Management).
  • (Construction experience) is required.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • HR studies/ Certificates will be a benefit
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
