Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with logistics partners ensuring smooth coordination of all logistics tasks including warehousing trucking and freight booking for orders from commercial departments.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team to plan logistics and forecast freight requirements.
• Work alongside the SCM Manager to formulate SCM strategies that align with the business objectives of our clients group.
• Analyze freight costs structure logistics plans and generate insightful reports to optimize logistics operations.
• Implement processes to enhance the efficiency and organization of the supply chain ensuring all services meet quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business economics finance trade or related fields from a reputable university or college.
• Prior experience in logistics and international business is essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory as the role involves communication with international partners.
• Candidates must be based in Hanoi ready to dive into the vibrant atmosphere of our clients operations.
