Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Reports to: General Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Assistant Sales
Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. The successful
candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving revenue
targets building and maintaining customer relationships and driving the overall
success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business
objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable sales
targets.
Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance their
performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly ensuring a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling to maximize revenue.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to
Assistant Managing Director.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business
opportunities.
Utilize datadriven insights to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing and customer
service to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
Assist in the training and development of sales team members.
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency.
Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and implement
corrective measures.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Participate in key negotiations and assist in closing highvalue deals.
Provide guidance on effective negotiation strategies to the sales team.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and customer
preferences.
Use market research to identify new business opportunities and stay
ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor Sales Team Leader Sales Manager or in
a similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform decisionmaking.
Excellent negotiation interpersonal and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the Ho Chi Minh City market business landscape and the
stationery and office supply industry is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
