Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Sourcing & Screening Candidates resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Building database and creating pipelines
• Assists the HR department in any needed tasks.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Schedule calls and interviews

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Very good user of Excel, word and PowerPoint
• Have solid experience in using different recruitment portals and other websites
• ERPuser is preferable
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical field is a great asset
