Production Manager

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients a leading company in the BOPP Industry in Egypt.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES:

• Continuously strive to improve the efficiency of the operations within the plant
  through optimized utilization of technology and resources.
• Identifies and helps to implement Best Manufacturing Practices for the extrusion.
• Ensures optimum utilization of manpower according to the workload of the plant with respect to the working hours/shifts lines slitters and recycling plants to achieve business objectives and plans.
• Collecting good documentation and preparing reports of trials tests and deviations from
  standard operating conditions and process changes.
• Scaling up the production process via plant trials making changes to the process parameters to ensure quality is maintained during largescale production.
• Assigns duties to operators maintains discipline and keeps the entire work process under control.
• Ensures optimum utilization of manpower according to the workload of the plant with respect to the working hours/shifts.
• Establish performance and manufacturing objectives normally in consultation with other functions including Quality Planning and Production.
• Owning visualization process for KPIs WI and process parameters.
  
  

MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

Internal

The job holders key internal working relationships are with all functional and
departmental heads especially with Manufacturing Manager Quality Manager Planning
Manager and Engineering Manager as well as with corresponding functions in other Tiunits.

External:

The main external working relationships are with material and equipment suppliers as
well as with other Ti Units.

Job Requirements:

• The job holder should be an Engineering or Chemistry graduate.
• Wellversed in written and spoken English.
• The job holder should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in acomplex manufacturing environment preferably in the film industry.
  
  KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  
  Deep process knowhow for theBOPP plant.
  Good understanding of mechanical and basic understanding of electrical principles.
  Strong interaction skills particularly with line operators and supervisors.
  Computer literate with a good command of MS Excel and Word.
  Writing skills in procedure writing and documentation.
  Problemsolving skills.
