Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of 20 HR professionals providing guidance support and mentorship.
    • Set clear objectives monitor performance and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  2. HR Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support and align with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
    • Continuously assess and refine HR strategies to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
  3. Culture Development and Engagement:
    • Foster a positive company culture through the design and implementation of training programs teambuilding initiatives and employee engagement activities.
    • Create an inclusive and supportive work environment that promotes diversity equity and inclusion.
  4. Employee Development and Coaching:
    • Coach and develop employees at all levels of the organization to enhance performance skills development and career growth.
    • Implement performance management processes to provide constructive feedback set goals and recognize achievements.
  5. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
    • Manage employee relations conflicts and performance issues in a fair and consistent manner adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
    • Proactively identify and address potential issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Policy and Procedure Development:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment compliance with laws and regulations and consistency across the organization.
    • Ensure policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees and updated as necessary.
  7. HR Data Analysis and Metrics:
    • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
    • Use datadriven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  8. Collaboration with Senior Leadership:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business priorities challenges and opportunities.
    • Provide HR expertise and insights to support business growth talent acquisition and succession planning efforts.




Requirements

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles preferably in tech startups
* Strong knowledge of modern HR tools and technologies
* Proven track record of building and leading highperforming HR teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong coaching and development skills
* Ability to work effectively with Millennials and Gen Z
* Experience with employee relations conflicts and performance management
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
