Open Position: HR & Admin Manager (Logistic Service Company)
A Logistic Service Company is currently hiring a HR & Admin Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
l Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or in any related field.
l Proven experience in HR management including recruitment employee relations and administration.
l Plan and executes recruitment strategies overseeing the entire process from posting to selection while ensuring smooth onboarding and training for new hires.
l Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performancerelated matters.
l Administer employee compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews bonuses and benefits enrollment.
l Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies in all HR and administrative practices.
l Oversee daily administrative functions including office maintenance supplies facilities management and vendor relationships.
l Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with the companys goals.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
l Leadership and team management capabilities.
