الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead the development and implementation of GIS strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Manage GIS projects from conception to completion including requirements gathering planning execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into GIS solutions.
- Oversee the design development and deployment of GIS applications databases and systems.
- Ensure the accuracy integrity and security of GIS data and systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to GIS team members and other departments.
- Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in GIS.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to enhance their GIS skills and knowledge.
- Manage vendor relationships and thirdparty services related to GIS.
- Monitor and analyze GIS performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Qualification: 1. Msc/MTech in geography / geoinformatics / Remote Sensing and GIS 2. Min 57 years of experience in GIS domain
1. Hands On experience with GIS Software Like
1. ArcGIS 10.4
10.8 2. QGIS . AutoCAD
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Quality assessment and Quality Checking
4. Training to resources on GIS software s
5. Topology and geoprocessing
6. Team Handling
7. Documenting and preparing the process
8. Compile and refine GIS data from a variety of sources including public domain field collection satellite imagery and existing maps
